With a background in affordable housing finance and project underwriting, Ericka built her career understanding not only how buildings are constructed — but how projects succeed from planning, budgeting, compliance, and long-term functionality. Today, she leads Casa Nova in delivering high-quality renovations, rehabilitations, and new construction across the Phoenix metropolitan area.
